UV/LED Gel Polish Lemon Peel #025
A soft, cheerful yellow that radiates brightness.
Description
Our nail polish, with professional 3-in-1 technology, combines base, colour and top coat, all in one bottle, for easy and quick application.
Usage
For the correct use of Gel Polish 3 in 1, follow these steps:
- Use the flat edge of the cuticle stick to push your cuticles back.
- File the surface and the edges of ALL your nails.
- Clean off any dust. Any remaining dust will reduce the longevity of your manicure.
- Wipe down with alcohol or acetone before applying the polish, to remove any excess natural oils. This will help the polish adhere to the nail surface.
- Shake the polish before use to ensure even application.
- Apply the polish in thin layers to ensure proper drying/curing. Especially the first layer. The No.1 mistake is applying too much polish!
- Make sure to properly seal the edges of your nails to prevent the manicure from peeling.
- You should apply at least 2 coats of polish, but some shades may require more layers.
- Cure the polish each time for at least 60’’ with LED light or 120’’ with UV light. For darker colours , cure for at least 90’’ with LED.
TOP TIPS
- Do not buff the nail surface before applying polish. Buffing creates a smooth surface, while filing creates a slightly rough texture that helps the gel adhere better.
- If you don’t have alcohol, you can use acetone to clean the nails before application.
- Keep your layers as thin as possible for longer-lasting results.
- Avoid excessive exposure to air before curing under the lamp.
- Do not apply gel on or too close to the skin. If gel touches the skin, remove it with the cuticle tool before curing. Curing gel on the skin may cause premature lifting.
- For darker colors, cure for at least 90 seconds under LED light.
- Close the gel bottle when not in use and keep it away from LED light during application. Gel reacts to both LED and natural light, so store it away from direct light.
- Apply and cure the gel as quickly as possible to minimize exposure to air, dust, or natural oils, which can affect durability.
REMOVAL:
- File the surface of the semi-permanent gel manicure or pedicure thoroughly, without reaching your natural nail.
- Remove the clear adhesive backing from the back of the removal wrap.
- Open the wrap along the perforated line and place your finger inside, positioning the soaked pad directly onto your nail. The acetone in the pad will soak through and loosen the gel.
- Wrap the sachet securely around your finger, making sure it is firmly sealed and airtight. For better application and to prevent air from entering, use MUSE Society Gel Polish Removal Clips (sold separately) over the removal wraps.
- Fold both sides of the wrap tightly around your finger and secure it using the adhesive tabs. Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove the wraps. The polish should be cracked and loosened.
- Use the removal tool to GENTLY scrape away the remaining polish while it is still wet. DO NOT LET IT DRY.
- Gently buff away any remaining gel.
